How do I confirm a booking?+
Send an inquiry with your journey details. VELNARO will contact you by WhatsApp or email with a quote and confirm the arrangements personally. An inquiry alone is not a reservation.
When and how do I pay?+
No advance payment is required. Pay 100% in cash on the service day. Your quote is agreed in GEL; ask us about any other cash currency before travelling. There is no online checkout.
How much luggage can I bring?+
Tell us the number of large suitcases, cabin bags and backpacks, plus any skis, snowboards or oversized items. Capacity depends on the vehicle and the size of your luggage. We confirm a suitable category before accepting your booking.
How does an airport pickup work?+
Include your flight number and arrival date in your inquiry. We agree your pickup arrangements personally and send driver, vehicle and meeting details approximately 24 hours before departure. Please contact us if your flight changes.
When will I hear from you before the trip?+
Our service policy is to reconfirm your journey approximately 48 hours before departure and share driver, vehicle and meeting details approximately 24 hours before departure. These are personal service steps, not automated messages. Short-notice arrangements are agreed individually.
Can I change or cancel my journey?+
Contact VELNARO as soon as your plans change. Cancellation and change terms will be supplied with your individual quote and must be agreed before booking confirmation.
Can I arrange a custom or multi-day tour?+
Yes. Share your interests, preferred dates and overnight stops. Custom and multi-day journeys receive an individual quote. Accommodation, tickets, meals and guide services are only included when expressly listed in your confirmed quote.
Are mountain routes available all year?+
Mountain roads can be affected by weather and road restrictions. The route, vehicle requirements and any itinerary changes are discussed before confirmation and reviewed when conditions change.
